* A minimum order is always 50€

* Sending charges are free within the E.U.
For orders from outside the E.U., sending charges between 19€ and 59€ apply.

*When you shop or register with us, we collect information such as your name and contact details. This information will only be used for delivery of your order and to email you our latest news. We respect your privacy and will never pass on any information to third parties.

* Paid products will be sent a.s.a.p. Due to factors that Pure Clothing Company cannot control (such as nature disasters / local strikes), delivery time can take longer than usual.

* If the product is somehow not available, you will be contacted a.s.a.p.

* Exchanges cannot be made and products cannot be returned.

* While Pure Clothing Company endeavours to ensure that all garments are sized correctly, a guarantee can not be given that products precisely meets the desired size.

* Due to the variability of computer screen colour and resolution, the colours of the actual products might appear slightly different than on our website.

* Reclamations should be made within 7 days after receiving the product, by email with photo proof. Later reclamations are not accepted.
After examination of the product, Pure Clothing Company will solve the reclamation in the best possible way.
All garments are manufactured by hand, as well as the fabric itself. There might be small deficits due to this fact, which Pure Clothing Company considers tolerable. Reclamations on colour and size matter cannot be accepted.

* In case of any dispute the Dutch law is applicable.The judge of Amsterdam will be appointed to acknowledge the dispute.
